I used you service for the first time today and it was wonderful! I am not you usual client - I have PTSD and I cannot drive in stressful conditions. Randy was wonderful! I can't face the anxiety of having to call for an Uber or taxi driver to come pick me up from my appointment, but Randy waited for me and was there to drive me home. You do not know how this relieved me from a panic attack. I could not have done this on my own, and I am so grateful for this service. I usually keep my medical/service appointments to a limited area but this time I had no choice. Thank you for your kind and considerate care. If I am ever in this position again I will not hesitate to call for your compassionate service. It made a trip that filled me with dread so easy.

Caring Man In A Van Team – just a quick note to say THANKS for the great service last week. As you know, while I have had the procedure I was going in for more times that I can count, I had never used a medical transport service before. Given the distance to Emory and the prep involved for the procedure, I was a bit anxious that if the ride didn’t show there wasn’t really a quickly available back up option. I’m here to say my anxiousness was completely unfounded. Sheryl Daniell was not only prompt and courteous, but was quite the pleasure to be with throughout the long drive. Not to mention, I find your rates very reasonable!
THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

I just wanted you to know how complimentary our patients are about the services that Caring Man in a Van provides. Our case managers have reported that patients love the drivers, are transported safely and efficiently and are treated with respect.
Just wanted to pass this onto you. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

I work for Emory Healthcare out of Riverdale, Stockbridge, and Locust Grove. I see many medical transport companies and this one is by far the best. You most certainly have the best most caring drivers and I find it wonderful that your clients do not wait for hours on end for the service you provide. I recommend your company to anyone who is needing transportation. In a world where we do not hear a lot of good things I wanted to say that your company and ALL of the employees I have encountered are making a very positive mark in this industry. Thank you
Rebecca Priest

Pruitt Healthcare in Covington Georgia used your service to transport our mother for a special event on March 11th, 2017. Our family would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the service we received. Mr. Richard Chamberlain took care of mom that day. He was a very kind, respectful and caring person. He transferred mom in and out of your company vehicle multiple times that day with ease. Our mother felt very comfortable in how Mr. Chamberlain handled her in her wheelchair. We would definitely contact your company if we need this service in the future. Again, thank you very much.

I am actually not in need of your services, but I wanted to relay something that I saw this morning. I was stopped at the corner of Claremont and North Druid Hills in Atlanta this morning about 10am, and an older gentlemen was crossing in the crosswalk a few cars ahead. The wind picked u, he lost his hat under a car stopped at the red light, and he couldn’t bend down to retrieve it. He crossed to get out of traffic and left the hat behind. I then watched one of your drivers (a middle aged black gentleman) get out of his van, walk across a lane of stopped traffic (still stopped for the light), and dig the man’s hat out from under the car. He caught up with him on the sidewalk, returned his hat, and everyone was off to the rest of their day.

I wanted to relate that because it was an extraordinarily kind gesture, and no one would have noticed had he decided to ignore it and not get out of the van. He represented your company extremely well, and I can only hope his actions are a reflection of the kind of business you run.
Matthew

Many thanks for making our forgotten transport happen. Your organization certainly goes beyond the call. Our residents praise your drivers. Blessing to all.

Dear Folks,
I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the wonderful service you provided for my Mother last fall. Her drivers showed such compassion and skill, making what could have been tough traveling most enjoyable. You are providing such a valuable service, especially for the elderly, and your drivers are extraordinary.
Many, many thanks

I just wanted to compliment the services provided. I working in a very busy Urology practice and see multiple transport companies daily. It is rather heart breaking seeing how other transports treat the so very fragile patients that need the services.Caring Man transported a patient in the office today. Generally they leave and the patient sadly has to wait to be picked back up for sometimes hours! Your drivers waited, smiled, and even covered the patient up because he was cold.
Kudos!
Thanks,
Magan

Dear Catherine and Cale,
I just wanted to thank you and Wayne Wright and Ashley for looking after us so well yesterday. I know it was an extraordinarily busy day for you all, and the traffic at Emory and environs was incredible. And it rained! I learned that Wayne had picked up a passenger who couldn’t speak at all, and Wayne would have to stay with him – and right away Ashley was designated to get us back home all right. And everyone was kind and very good with my husband Charles, who by then was tired and grumpy. Bless you all – I never had a moment’s uneasiness. I knew you would take care of us, and you did. I can’t say enough good things about Caring Man In A Van. You guys rock! Thanks, Pattie

Whichever driver you have that is at 513-B Great Oaks Drive at 2:00pm on 5/15/14 is really great! Every time I have ever seen him, I always think that he’s the patient’s son or something because he just treats them like they are special. I have seen him here with more than one patient. I don’t even work for the doctor in which he is visiting. I work for the doctor next door. We have other companies who literally just leave patients at the door and leave, sometimes forget about picking them up. Sometimes, we aren’t even here and they drop them off. Y’all are wonderful!! Just a little FYI.

Another trip to Dr. in Atlanta again yesterday. Quality service, & Ricard Taylor is a Top Notch person, as I have found all your personnel to be.

Thanks again.
Gary

I would like to take this opportunity to give great thanks and gratitude to Scott Chamberlain. Scott worked relentlessly with my insurance company to help me to be able to count on your company for a ride to the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta for two doctor’s appointments. As I cannot drive after my pain injection procedure for migraines headaches, Scott did everything within his power to make it possible for me to go and return safely. Unfortunately, the insurance company was not compassionate and caring as was Scott. He spent relentless time and energy with them in great effort! Your company is a great service to others in need..it is far too negative that the insurance companies do not fulfill their end. Thank you, Scott, it meant a great deal to my heart that you have been so kind…

Cale,
I just want to thank you for being a blessing to me today. I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate your kindness & willingness to allow Wayne and his wife to take me to church. This year has been a trying one for me. Not having my own transportation, I may have only been to church twice this year. I was so excited when Wayne told me he talked to you about his desire to take me to service. I initially thought I was going to his church. I was just ready to go somewhere and hear God’s word! There’s nothing like being amongst the saints of God; feeling His presence! Thank you again for being a blessing. I pray God’s blessings for you, your family, Wayne & his family and your business!

Words are too inept to describe how I feel, so I’m just going to say “Thank You” for sending Randy Batchelor to transport my Mom from a nursing facility a couple of weeks ago. What a genuinely kind and compassionate person he is! My Mom is 94 years old, and sometimes we tend to forget the elderly thinking they’re unimportant and no longer matter. But I want it known that Randy Batchelor made my Mom feel that she was the most important person in the world, and this was truly priceless to me. I understand now that this was nothing he had to do, but he cared … He simply cared. How cool is that! Kudos, Randy!!! Caring Man In A Van definitely has the secret that is much better shared with other non-emergency transport companies.

The nursing home chose Caring Man in a Van today to transport my Mom to the Dr. Office for x-rays. Travis was on time at pick-up and was waiting in the lobby for Mom after the appointment. Talk about kind, gentle and professional Travis was all that and more. Caring Man In A Van is now in my contacts and memory for future needs.
Thanks soooo much Travis!

We just wanted to write in and share what we witnessed in our office on Wednesday, April 17. We had an elderly gentleman that was transported to our office by Ryan. Ryan came in with the gentleman and told us his name. He waited with the gentleman until he was called back for his appointment and then was back promptly to get him after his appointment was finished. He seemed to care for the gentleman like he would if it were his own family. He helped him fix his coffee and just genuinely took care of him. This is so rare to see. Most of the transportation services are so rude and treat the people they are transporting like they are a bother to them. This was not the case with Ryan. Ryan gave us his card and we wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone your way!

On Nov. 6th I used Caring Man In A Van for the first time to take me to a Dr. appt. in the Atlanta area. I could not be more pleased & happy with the prompt, professional, courteous & caring service I received, and the driver Randy Batchelor. I have recommended CMV as well as Randy to all my friends, and have just today scheduled another trip with them. A high quality, reasonable priced service, owned & staffed by “good folks”.I will always call upon CMV & Randy!

Many Many Thanks and God Bless!

I know I’m a bit late, but I want to extend a BIG Thank You to your team for your love, support, and hospitality. Your kindness was a blessing to me and I don’t know where I would be without you. You have a great company with an amazing team, who goes above the call of duty. You made my transports to Macon a little more bearable and very safe. I will recommend your company to anyone. May you continue to keep your hearts open and tender and pass on the love you gave to me. Thanks for everything.

Dear Cale Collins,I am writing this letter to tell you what a great experience I had when Marc took me to and picked me up from the Atlanta Airport. He was such a gentleman and very professional. He got out of the van and put my suitcase in, opened the door for me and helped me in. When we got to the airport he took my bag out and put it on the curb in front of curbside check-in. After I was in the airport for about 10-15 minutes he called me to be sure I had made it through security (in case there was a problem). These are the things that I sincerely appreciate. As an older person traveling alone, these things really mean a lot. We know there are other services out there; but I am so glad that I chose yours. (And from what I now understand I was blessed to have had Marc picked me up.) As soon as I got to my gate and had some time, I called several people at Alta and reported how things went. I knew two of my friends were traveling the week after I left and I wanted them to expect a great service. There are also a few people that are planning holiday trips and were worried about how to get to the airport. I also told the office in case anyone else would ask them. So I’m writing to thank you and especially Marc. I told my children about my experience and they thank you as well. It means a lot to them to know their mother was in a safe and caring environment.
Sincerely Yours,
Alyce Harding

Dear Folks at Caring Man In A Van:We just wanted to say “Thanks,” for your outstanding quality “Caring” on Friday, June 08, 2012. Our family member, Mariella Hartsfield (Harriet’s sister), was transported and returned from Park Place Nursing Facility in Monroe, Georgia to Dr. Ellison’s office in Loganville, GA. Your total involvement and thorough attention to the smallest details did not go unnoticed. We were and continue to be most happy and satisfied with your care and assistance in the services you have dedicated to both the private and public sector. The is not the 1st time we have asked for your help, and it is always good to know you are someone on whom we can depend. (By the way – we have told others about your Caring Man In A Van.)Please relate to David Guy and John Ruby that it was good getting to meet them and share conversation (and family stories) while we were at the doctor’s office waiting during Mariella’s appointment time.
God Bless You All,
Harriette & Bob Hamrick

Dear Caring man in a Van, Thank you so much for being the transportation for my mother, Nancy Brown. I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate John and David and their gentle, special care of my mom. They were always prompt and professional, letting me know that my mom was their priority. I will certainly recommend the use of your service to anyone that needs transportation and you will be my first choice, if I have to call someone. You are fortunate to have John and David.

Scott, I wanted to tell you that the staff at Townsend Park was so impressed with your recent service in picking up Ann Eller for her CT scan. The return faxed confirmation and the reliability and professionalism of your staff has made quite an impression. Thank you so much for filling this need for us!
Carol A Thomas, NP-C

Just can’t say enough nice things about David Guy and his treatment of my dad. He was so gentle, sweet and kind. Daddy liked him right away. He LOVES to talk about the GA. BULLDOGS!!Look forward for the use of your service and David’s help for as long as Dad’s in need. Thank you so very much.

Hello, Just wanted to comment on your service that we used on Sunday, July 31, at Ross Memorial. The two gentlemen that came were right on time. Both are to be commended for their kind consideration of my elderly dad. They were most polite. I would definitely use your service and these two young men in the future.
Thanks,
Julie Johnson

Our overall experience with your company was great.  I know my Mother is going to be taken care of when she is with your company. I am suggesting to everyone they should use your company.  A+

Your company is truly a caring man in a van. Bringing my husband’s mother to his funeral in Tallahassee Florida was something I never could have imagined could have happened. I know you have driven my Mother in Law to numerous events and appointments, but to take time to drive from Athens and personally attend to her during our time of grief was over and beyond the call of duty. The family and I will always remember and appreciate your service to our family. God Bless your business.
Melanie… Tallahassee Florida

Ryan, we don’t always know the difference we make in other peoples lives. A little thing like a smile or a word of encouragement at just the right moment can be exactly what’s needed to turn a day around. That’s something you did for me and Mom many times. I want you to know that I appreciate you and the difference you made while caring for Mom. She passed away Monday at 7:30 from another heart attack.
Susan… Athens Georgia

Cale and his company have provided excellent services to our clients and their families. They have become the preferred transport service with our nurses and families. Rave reviews. Top Qualities: Great Results, Good Value, High Integrity. Would recommend his top notch, caring, dependable services to anyone.
